Provision of internet services
We cannot guarantee to provide and maintain the services continuously and without interruption and faults. We may also temporarily suspend availability of the services in order to upgrade, repair or maintain any aspects of the technological infrastructure of the services. We will use all reasonable endeavours to carry out such repair or maintenance work with minimum disruption to the services.
We will use our reasonable endeavours to maintain and provide the services in accordance with these terms and conditions. However, you acknowledge that we are not and cannot be responsible for the networks or for the services not being transmitted correctly or without interruption and shall not be liable to you for any failure to provide and to transmit all or any part of the services or if you cannot access the services. We will not be held responsible for the content or functionality of other internet sites which may have links placed to them on this site.

Data Protection
By registering your details on this website, you are giving your explicit consent to us holding personal data which you provide to us, in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including any sensitive personal data as defined in the Data Protection Act 1998.
Online Security
Your personal details are not stored on any part of our site.
You recognise that the internet is accessible to anyone with the appropriate technical capability and as such it is impossible to protect totally against the abuse of the system by third parties, including the introduction of a virus onto the system. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to satisfy yourself that your own information technology is protected against computer viruses.
Credit and debit card payments
Credit or debit card information is not stored on any part of our site and you always have the option of ordering without submitting your card details.
Quotations
All quotations are given in good faith and are subject to completion of a satisfactory proposal form and acceptance by the insurance company. It is the proposer's responsibility to answer all questions honestly, correctly and to disclose any material facts.
Policy Documents
Policy documents will be issued to clients at the address stated on the proposal form. All policies and documents must be checked by the policyholder for accuracy and suitability. Any errors notified to us will then be rectified.
Complaints
If you wish to make a complaint, please contact us either:

Our written complaints procedure is available upon request. If we cannot settle your complaint, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). Further information about the FOS is available from their website www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk.
If we cannot meet our obligations you may be entitled to compensation from the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim.
Deposit business is covered up to a maximum level of compensation of £35,000.
Most investment business is covered for all of the first £30,000 and 90% of the next £20,000 so the maximum compensation is £48,000.
Insurance business may be covered for all of the first £2,000 and 90% of the remainder of the claim, without any upper limit. For compulsory classes of insurance (e.g. motor or employers liability insurance), advising and arranging is covered for 100% of the claim, without any upper limit.
Mortgage services may be covered for all of the first £30,000 and 90% of the next £20,000 so the maximum compensation is £48,000.
